We had 96 signed up for Thursday evening and 66 for Friday. At our age numerous things can occur to require a change of plans. Bob Johnston and wife Daisy and Josephine Debnam Champion and husband Hatch were unable to come due to health flare-ups. Vance Smith and wife Greta actually came to Wilmington from Kentucky, but had to return there before the reunion for similar problems. Rachel Wright Cobb managed to come Friday whereas she had signed up for Thursday night. Several who had sighned up for both days failed to attend the Friday session.
